Response: "This couple wanted to rent a home from me. They put in a application knowing that I would hold the house for only 1 day. They were approved to rent the home, but said they couldn't sign the lease that day. I held the house another day for them(although other people wanted to rent it). The next day, they again told me that their schedule was too busy to sign a lease. On the 3rd day I told them that if they didn't sign the lease, they would lose the property. They responded that they would be working till late that night. I told them that I could sign the lease late if that was the only time available. They wouldn't agree to come by and sign the lease. They lost the property and I rented it to someone else, who is very happy there!"

Response: "As a property manager of many properties, it is difficult to please everyone. I try to be fair and understanding. I do not know who wrote this review as they didn't give a name. I can say that I have one tenant who has rented from me for 16 years and several who have rented from me for over 8 to 10 years. I try to be timely to all appointments, but sometimes circumstances happen for everyone which will throw schedules off. "

Response: "These tenants had a dog that killed a neighbor's dog! The house they rented from me was located across the street from a elementary school. The dog was a doberman, and they did not have a pet contract for the dog. "
