Comments: "I've known Mr. Wendell now for about 20 years. I first worked with him in the late 80's trying to find a house and he helped me sort through a very difficult marked and buy my first house. Over the subsequent years we've worked together many times and his help in buying and selling houses was tremendous.
My husband briefly tried other realtors when we first met, but when compared to Jay, they couldn't hold a candle. We quickly returned to Jay and have been very happy.
Jay is thorough, PATIENT, intelligent, and honest. He works harder than any realtor I know( and I've met quite a few), and he is genuinely interested in his clients.
He has both helped us buy 2 houses and sell one. The most recent was about 4 years ago. I hope that you will have the opportunity to use his services.
